Stuck on what to get dad for Father’s Day (June 18th, in case you forgot) this year? First things first
If this is will be your first time rafting, welcome! Hydra is well equipped to make sure all newcomers are comfortable on the water. There are, however, a few things you’ll want to make a note of before you come:
- Make sure you pick the right trip for your family. If you’re planning on bringing little ones between the ages of 6-11, our Mild Trip is likely your best fit. You’ll get all the wonder of being on the water, but you’ll be able to get off before we hit choppier waters.
- While Hydra will provide most of your essential gear (wetsuit, booties, life jackets, etc.), you’ll want to suit up in your bathing suit and bring a towel to dry off afterwards. You’ll also want to bring a bag for your personal belongings since technology and water don’t mix.
- Make sure you’re on time! While we understand that “life happens” we maintain our commitment to our rafters by departing at the scheduled time each day.
