Enjoy the morning rafting the rapids of the Kicking Horse River. After a BBQ lunch, head off to Kicking Horse Mountain Resort to ride the sightseeing gondola and visited Boo, the orphaned Grizzly bear.

Take a short journey on the Rockies' highest sightseeing gondola. Rising almost 4000 vertical feet in 18 minutes, the Golden Eagle Express transports you to the kind of place few people can even imagine. At 7700 feet above sea level, you'll be surrounded by jaw-dropping panoramic views for as far as the eye can see.

The Grizzly Bear Refuge is a conservation, education and research centre committed to becoming a world leader in the preservation of grizzly bears. It's also home to Boo, the orphaned grizzly cub who became the first resident in July 2003. Our professional guides take great pleasure in sharing their knowledge with you on guided, interpretive tours that will add to the understanding and appreciation of bears, responsibility to their habitat and threats to their survival.

Costs:
$129 per person

*Add lunch at Eagle's Eye Restaurant (at the top of the gondola) for an additional $16.95

Eagle's Eye Restaurant, Canada's most elevated dining experience at 7,700 feet, serving PacificNorthwest cuisine with Rocky Mountain flair.
