parking is available at the site.
| Directions from Calgary: Travel west on the Trans Canada Highway (Hwy #1) past Banff and past the Lake Louise turnoff. Keep on the highway and you will pass a town called Field, approx 20 minutes after Field you will see a sign reading "Leaving Yoho National Park" take the next left onto "Beaver Foot Road". You will cross over railway tracks and then over a bridge. After 300m turn right at the first intersection, onto "Kicking Horse Rd". Our put-in site is the first driveway on the right past the red cabins (Kicking Horse Chalets), look for the Hydra sign. |

| Directions from Golden: Take Hwy #1 East towards Banff. Go across the two bridges over the Kicking Horse Canyon. Once out of the canyon, on flatter road, pass over the yellow road closure gates and look for Beaver Foot Road (A gravel road to your right). Turn right down Beaver Foot Road. You will cross over railway tracks and then over a bridge. After 300m turn right at the first intersection, onto “ Kicking Horse Rd ”. Our site is the first driveway on the right, past the red cabins. Look for the Hydra sign. |
